The base pay range for this position is $35 to $40 per hour. Responsibilities:Evaluate, assess, and screen clients using appropriate standardized testingProvide occupational therapy services according to mandated paperworkProvide required documentation for services that program/supervisor have outlinedMaintain documentation in a professional, efficient, accountable and confidential mannerAttend all meetings as scheduled and collaborate with other professionalsEvaluate, fit and adjust prosthetic, orthotic and adaptive equipment devicesConsult with equipment technicians, physicians or others related to the clients needs
Requirements:Master’s degree in Occupational TherapyNYS OT License/Certification1 year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
