Social Worker (LSW/LMSW)

An established in-home and community-based social services organization based in New Jersey is currently seeking Licensed Social Workers (LSWs/LMSWs) for their Bergen, Hudson, and Sussex County locations. You will be tasked with participating in regular trainings and supervision and providing weekly in-home/community-based treatment services focused on addressing maladaptive behavior to enhance therapeutic outcomes for children with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges. The base pay range for this position is $35 to $50 per hour. The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Responsibilities:Participate in regular trainings and supervisionProvide weekly in-home/community-based treatment services focused on addressing maladaptive behavior to enhance therapeutic outcomesHave the ability to provide therapeutic interventions virtually or in-personDevelop comprehensive treatment plans with individualized goals to address psychiatric, behavioral, emotional, and social needs in a timely mannerMaintain accurate and timely documentationFacilitate team meetings, provide supervision for Behavioral Assistants, and participate in other collaborative efforts with the team pertaining to servicesYou will be trained in the development, implementation, and monitoring of treatment plans and interventions for youth and their families.You will also be trained in clinical supervision, program development, quality improvement, and compliance with state regulations.In addition to your training, you will receive supervision towards your clinical licensure while providing intensive in-community and in-home services to youth and families.

Qualifications:Provisional or clinical licensure preferred: LSW/LMSWExperience providing trauma-informed therapyExperience working with children with special needsMaster’s Degree in social work, counseling, or related human service fieldValid New Jersey driver’s licenseBilingual fluency or ability to communicate using American Sign Language is a plus
