📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Global Account CoordinatorLocation: Issaquah, WA (Greater Seattle area)
We are seeking a Global Account Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate sales across all product categories: shade, seating, and covers.Handle detailed sales tasks, daily business functions, and showroom operational needs.Assist in sales meetings including preparation, product setup, and follow-ups.Collaborate with the overseas merchandising team.Manage e-commerce product pages and optimize sell-through.Participate in design processes and buyer presentation preparations.Organize product photoshoots and execute production tracking and quality control reporting.Coordinate carton artwork and product packaging assets.Handle product testing, sample pulls, and inspections.Manage vessel booking and finished goods tracking.Collaborate internally to enhance customer service and manage promotional funds.
Skills/AbilitiesExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.Ability to quickly adapt to change with patience and flexibility.Eager to learn and appreciate diverse experiences.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other relevant software.Experience with Costco’s BPM system is a plus.
Your ExperienceAssociate or college degree preferred.3+ years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
