Position Overview
The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to support the organization by obtaining, analyzing, and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner. The Sales Support Specialist will serve as a single point of contact for customer account interaction and resolution.
Responsibilities Of The Sales Support Specialist
Log customer interactions in SAP Answer inquiries in a professional manner and troubleshooting issues as needed Implement and enhance customer service-related procedures, processes, and systems Maintain up to date knowledge on product specifications Act as a product and industry expert in order to best serve clientele
Qualifications Of The Sales Support Specialist
Experience working with post sales transactions Experience with returns and repairs Experience using Microsoft suite platforms Strong written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with SAP
Education Requirements
High School diploma or GED is required Bachelor’s degree is preferred
