CNC Programmer/Machinist
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We're looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in operating and programming CNC machines to manufacture precise fasteners.
Will be responsible for setting up and running CNC machines, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring the quality of the final products.
Preference is given to candidates with experience in Tsugami 205 or a minimum of two years as a CNC Swiss Machinist.
Primary Responsibilities:Perform in-process inspections and measure workpiece dimensions to verify machine accuracy.Ensure completed machine operations meet quality standards and inspection plans.Perform deburring and additional operations at the CNC work center to streamline production flow.Maintain cutting tool inserts and replace/repair tools to ensure machine functionality.Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate Swiss turn machines, specifically Tsugami models.Modify programs and tooling for optimal quality, efficiency, and complex setups.Independently conduct inspections and provide training and guidance as needed.Adhere to procedures for part care, including corrosion protection, handling, and FOD protocols.Detail orientedRequirements:Minimum of one to three years of relevant experience and training in CNC machining.Job Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hourBenefits
