📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are looking for a skilled Marketing Content Writer to help grow the nation’s leading online real estate marketplace, with a focus on SEO, website A/B testing and email campaign optimization. Our objective is to improve search engine rankings and increase conversion rates for customer acquisition and retargeting campaigns. Content will range from brief ad copy to blog posts and longer-form informational articles. The Marketing Content Writer will be an integral part of a collaborative team focused on digital marketing optimization. Our ideal candidate has strong SEO experience and is someone who excels at ideation as well as content execution.
ResponsibilitiesWrite and edit SEO-optimized website copy, blog posts, case studies and long-form content Brainstorm and research ideas for topics and keywords that can positively impact SEO rankings Utilize data and A/B test results to create web/email content that increases user engagement and conversion rates Manage our content calendar and ensure content is refreshed regularly
QualificationsStrong knowledge of SEO principles and best practices Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, concise, and engaging copy Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Google Analytics, WordPress, etc.) Strong collaboration and communication skills Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a plus Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing or a related field 3+ years experience writing online content (real estate or financial services background preferred)
