Job Summary: As a Private Equity Analyst, you will be instrumental in sourcing, analyzing, and executing investment opportunities. This role demands a combination of financial acumen, analytical skills, and strategic thinking to support the firm’s investment goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:Conduct detailed financial analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities.Develop and maintain financial models to support valuation, due diligence, and scenario analysis.Assist in the preparation and presentation of investment memoranda and other documentation for investment committee review.Monitor the performance of portfolio companies and assist in providing operational support to achieve strategic objectives.Engage in market research to identify trends and potential investment opportunities.Work closely with senior team members on deal structuring and negotiations.Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance as well as market and industry trends.Support the management team in the overall portfolio and asset management process.

Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or CFA is a plus.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, or a related field.Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.Proficient in financial modeling, financial statement analysis, and valuation techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.High level of initiative and ability to manage multiple projects.Attention to detail with the capacity to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
