Lead Recruiter
Your Tasks
Lead efforts to develop the recruiting function for a multiphase greenfield manufacturing site in partnership with corporate HR, project team, and plant operations.Manage full-cycle high-volume recruiting efforts including talent sourcing, candidate evaluation & screening, interview process, offer negotiations and close-out approach.Contribute to consultative recruiting planning sessions with key stakeholders to establish expectations and timelines for the recruiting process and create a desired candidate profile.Qualify candidates based on job requirements and apply behavioral-based interviewing techniques to assess knowledge and cultural fit.Serve as an integral part of the Aurubis Richmond HR team and act as a brand champion with in the Augusta Community.
Your Profile
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databasesKnowledge of labor legislationAbility to work with a sense of urgencyDemonstrated business acumenAble to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriatelyExperience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening, and evaluationExcellent verbal and written communication and team management skillsStrong decision-making skillsThis role is Exempt status and will also be expected to be available in case of emergencies after-hours.Proven experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruiting Consultant, or Recruiting Coordinator within a manufacturing company or recruiting agency.
Preferred
Experience working with European-based headquarters.MBA or MS Human ResourceExperience with start-up of a plant.
