Overview: This role requires a skilled individual with substantial experience and knowledge in the fields of Business Analysis and Project Management, particularly within the insurance sector. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving projects from concept to completion, demonstrating robust insurance knowledge, project management capabilities, and the ability to function autonomously.

Key Responsibilities: · Business Requirements Analysis: Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define precise business requirements that align with both immediate and strategic business objectives. · Project Leadership: Oversee all phases of project management, from initiation through to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Employ Agile and Waterfall methodologies appropriately to ensure effective project execution. · Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary conduit for communication between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external entities, guaranteeing that project goals and expectations are clearly understood and met. · Continuous Process Enhancement: Proactively seek opportunities to enhance and streamline project management and business analysis practices, thereby increasing efficiency and productivity. · Expertise in Insurance Products: Utilize extensive knowledge of life and general insurance products during project analysis, design, and implementation to ensure solutions are compliant with industry norms and meet customer needs. · System Customization: Tailor system configurations to meet project demands, leveraging a deep understanding of specific technologies and platforms. · Methodological Agility: Apply Agile and Waterfall frameworks as needed, facilitating various project activities such as sprint planning and stand-ups, along with traditional project management tasks. · Documentation and Compliance: Maintain meticulous records of project documentation, including plans, requirements, and progress reports to ensure all stakeholders are well-informed and aligned. · Risk Management: Identify potential project risks early, assess their impact, and devise strategies to mitigate them effectively to avoid any project setbacks. · Independent Leadership: Display strong self-motivation and the ability to progress projects with minimal oversight, while keeping communication channels open with all involved parties.

Qualifications: Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Certifications: Professional certifications are required; additional credentials in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, insurance industry standards, or relevant technologies are beneficial required

Skills and Experience: · Industry Experience: Demonstrated track record in business analysis and project management within the insurance industry, with specific expertise in life and other insurance products. · Methodological Proficiency: Well-versed in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, capable of adapting these according to project requirements. · System Configuration Skills: Experienced in customizing system configurations to align with business specifications. · Analytical Excellence: Possess outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, capable of handling complex challenges and delivering viable solutions. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and work collaboratively across teams.· Autonomy: Able to lead projects independently and drive them to successful completion while fostering teamwork and collaboration.
