Cloud Operation Engineer
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
The Cloud Operation Engineer will work closely with sales, customer service, RD, QA team, and customers, and be the owner of Autel’s cloud solution to manage the product, test new features, and solve real-world problems. The key responsibilities include:Support sales team as a key technical advisor for Autel cloud solution.Support customers with software-related topics, such as cloud function, OCPP integration, cyber security discussion, etc.Participate in the customer RFP responses.Collect market information and customer feedback and communicate with R&D regularly to help improve our existing and develop future solutions. Plan and oversee Autel EV Charger software rollouts, and work closely with marketing to better promote Autel Cloud solution.Maintain and create Autel Cloud product-related documents.
Ideal Candidate
Experience in SaaS product management or technical support role, preferably in EV charging industryFamiliar with Fleet Management and Fleet charging solution is a big plus.Familiar with OCPP integration and cyber security topics.Customer oriented mindset with strong track record of creating world class customer experienceCan-do attitude and can push through obstacles and challenges to get job done.Experience using analytics, user research and other approaches to make decisions and iterate on the productExcellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively internally and externally.Collaborative team playerBachelor’s degree in technical field or equivalent work experience
