About The Position This position is The Accelerator (in a car, this is the device used to make the engine turnover faster) and is meant to help Autobahn Consultants to move faster. The ideal candidate will be an analytically driven, resourceful, and creative professional, who enjoys the challenge of driving operations for a high growth consulting practice. Position Reports To: The Chief of Staff/Glove Box, Caleb Hawkins Highlights of the Position: Project Management. Work closely with Autobahn’s team of consultants to manage internal and external consulting projects. Internal projects could include research on Autobahn Consultants’ new intellectual property (e.g., helping write a book or create content for a blog or training video), planning and facilitating daily huddles, weekly staff meetings, and quarterly strategic planning sessions. External projects will include producing custom deliverables for our clients (e.g., helping with recruitment efforts, searching for companies to purchase, cost savings and expense analysis).

Investment Banking. Create financial models and analyses for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising initiatives for clients with direction from the consultant working on the deal. Assist the team in conducting due diligence for merger and acquisition opportunities for Autobahn Consultants and for clients.

Client Engagements. Support consultants by planning client meeting agendas and completing post-meeting debriefs as you gain experience, you will have the opportunity to conduct client meetings and workshops independently.

Requirements & Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, business analytics, or project management for a high growth firm. Ideally you have experience with financial modeling, but this is not required.Must have strong quantitative experience. Excel, Google Sheets, Python, SQL, Tableau and other business intelligence tools should be your best friends. Or you should be interested in learning these skills. Power user of Microsoft Suite required, experience in coding, business intelligence software not required but will be a plus.Excited to explore disruptive technology trends. Always seeking new tech knowledge. Curious, adaptable to change, and committed to staying ahead in the tech game. Must be really good with people and have high EQ. You will need the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with executive support staff, marketing and IT personnel, and senior-level stakeholders.Super smart with proven track record of high GPA and similar academic accomplishments. Undergraduate degree required.
