The RoleAs a 360 Recruitment Consultant in New York, you'll be:Networking, and developing new businessPitching AVA Energy services to potential clientsCandidate sourcing via job boardsCandidate screening by phone, video, or in-personAchieving set targets and working to deadlines on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
About youMinimum 1 year experience and success in recruitmentProven track billing recordExperience in and knowledge of the Energy sectorA natural mentor and leaderCompetitiveExcellent communication and people skills with the ability to build and maintain relationshipsMoney and target driven
