📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Principal Consultant (Treasury Domain)PermanentAtlanta, Georgia (Day1 on-site)
Required Qualifications:Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in domain consulting along with industry experience.Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.Hands on experience in end-end implementation viz. Concept to Pilot, Pilot to market rollouts and maintenance of corporate treasury solutions for one or more clients, In any of the following solution stacks Finacle Treasury, FIS – Treasury, Quantum Treasury etc. Sound understanding of Forex, Risk Management, Debts Covenants and Derivatives markets. Understanding and complying with relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.Relevant experience as a domain/business consultant or business analyst OR an industry practitioner. Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding to interpret customer current and business needs. Translate them into IT application /operating system and Functional Processes requirements.Experience in facilitating meetings and drive discussions with senior customer executives, business users, and IT team members. Good exposure and understanding in Corporate Treasury Functions including capability in building and analyzing Cash & Liquidity Forecasting Model, Forex, and relevant aspect relating to capital market.
Preferred Qualifications:Fairly good understanding towards Cash Management, Middle-Office Operations, Forex & Banking, Financial Reporting, Compliance & Risk Management, and cash planning. Experience as an industry/market analyst focused on the above segments is also valid.Ability to collaborate with teams located across different geographies and time zones. Familiarity with IT and software development project lifecycle 1-2 years’ experience in Sales or sales support role.Great curiosity and willingness to question, undaunted by hard technical problemsAttention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication
