The base salary range for this position is $66,597 to $86,576 and is dependent upon experience and location.
Education & Experience Required
Associate degree in business, Engineering, or a relevant field
with a minimum of 3 years of experience in coordinating efforts,
processing work and analyzing data in a utility business environment OR
a High School Diploma/GED equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of
related experience.
A Bachelors Degree is preferred.
Extensive Experience With SAP-PM (WMS)
Service Notifications CU Work Orders Equipment Records (create, update, change) Query reporting (SAP & BW)
Experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access).
Knowledge of Engineering and Operations Processes.
Knowledge of SmartMap (SM Web) and electric systems.
Skills/Abilities
Familiarity with accounting requirements is preferred.

The job holder serves as the Joint Use Analyst for joint use information
and processes resolve billing and transfer disputes, determines joint.
use data requirements and methods of analysis and ensure SAP equipment
records are up-to-date and correct.
The Joint Use Analyst is responsible for the maintenance and creation of
pole, anchor, and attachment equipment records, by prescribed standards and specifications, for Iberdrola USA. The Joint Use Analyst works closely with Operations, Engineering, external companies, and contractors, and determines joint-use data requirements and methods of analysis. The Joint Use Analyst provides status reports to telephone companies and 3rd party attaches from SAP-PM (WMS) and Business Warehouse.
MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Scope of work - range of
Responsibilities)
Coordinate the verification and compilation of joint use
proposals, which include working with Engineers, Electric Field
Planners, Field Planning Analysts, Engineering Clerks, Master Data
Administrators, Technical Support Analysts, and Joint Owners.
Create/distribute joint use proposals, bill joint interest costs
for new and existing construction projects.
Coordinate the verification and compilation of joint-use billing,
including pole rentals, conduit rental, joint interest, and parity.
Analyze and resolve problems encountered on joint use proposals
or billing with joint owners. Resolve billing and transfer disputes.
through direct contact with field personnel, telephone companies, cable
companies, and other 3rd party attaches.
Provide support in response to internal/external requests. May
act as liaison between field personnel, Engineering, Operations, Sundry
Billing, and Legal to resolve customer issues.
Modify and update files, databases, equipment/FLOC records in
SAP. Modify and update Business Partners in SAP.
Process Pole Attachment Applications and Conduit Rental
Applications.
Provide documentation for annual and semi-annual conduit rental
and pole attachment billings.
Process Check Requests. Provide, as requested, ownership and rental records to joint
owners, 3rd party attaches, and private companies.
Review payments and arrears for each Business Partner, regularly
provides status to Business Partners.
Inputs and updates ticket and task information for the pole transfer
process using the National Utility Notification System (NJUNS). Acts as
administrator for NJUNS mailbox.
