Our Customer Service Video Alarm Operators are our first line of defense to process video alarms in an accurate and timely manner while providing a high level of detail through our ticketing system. What You'll Do
Process video alarm signals quickly, accurately and professionally Provide a high level of detail through the ticketing process Learn and use new software to complete multiple tasks
What We're Looking for?:
1+ year of customer service experience strongly preferred Strong attention to detail is a must Must be able to type, write, and speak English Must be able to use technology efficiently for an extended amount of time
Preferred Experience (but Not Required)
1 Year of phone customer service 1 Year of security experience
