Job Opportunity: Multiple Supplier Quality Engineers

What You'll Do:Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards and product specifications are met.Conduct design reviews, PPAP, process control plans, FMEA, and other APQP activities.Implement corrective action processes and utilize tools like DOE, SPC, GD&T to maintain product quality.Manage projects and work closely with cross-functional site teams to drive quality improvement initiatives.Perform supplier audits, including ISO 9001/14001 assessments, to ensure compliance with standards.Lead root cause analysis, data-driven problem-solving, and generate 8D reports as needed.
What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.2-10 years of experience in hydraulic design, applications engineering, or a Supplier Quality Engineer role.Minimum 2 years of experience working with suppliers in a technical discipline.Proficiency in APQP processes, including PPAP, process control plan, FMEA, and design reviews.Familiarity with DOE, SPC, GD&T, and corrective action processes.Project management experience and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Working knowledge of ISO 9001/14001 and manufacturing/assembly processes.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for supplier visits.
