Role & Responsibilities: We are seeking an Industrial Engineer for a leading aerospace company, offering an exciting opportunity for someone with expertise in industrial engineering to further their career in the aerospace industry.Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency, quality, and safety. Design and implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain work instructions, standard operating procedures, and manufacturing documentation.Conduct time studies, capacity analysis, and production line balancing to optimize resource utilization.
Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in the aerospace industry.
Bonus Qualifications: Six Sigma CertificationPMP
