OverviewWorks with Clients and project team members to design, decorate, and furnish professional office spaces and other project typologies. Successful candidates demonstrate superior design abilities, organizational and communication skills., attention to detail and understanding of key milestones throughout all project phase.

ResponsibilitiesEstablishes a relationship with clients to define their needs.Create design concepts to meet architectural and interior design solutions.Develops space plans that meet the functional and aesthetic program requirements.Specification of materials, furnishings, lighting, and accessories within the project budget.Produces detailed and coordinated architectural construction drawings.Ensures designs meet applicable codes and regulations in coordination with project architect.Coordinates design and implementation with project consultants and construction team members.Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.Pursues personal/professional development through continuing education classes and industry events.Understands future trends in building design and interiors industry and develops designs based on these trends.Coordinates with project managers while maintaining thorough and accurate communication and project documentation from project inception to completion.Participates in marketing and business development efforts. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in related field or equivalent. License preferred.Minimum 7+ years' of experience working on corporate interiors projectsProficient in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.Ability to conceptualize creative design intent.Ability to direct and recommend cost-effective creative solutions.
