π Role Overview & Responsibilities
ResponsibilitiesManages all fixed asset accounts, including monthly additions, transfers, disposals, depreciation, and CIP, as well as assistance with property tax reportingMonitors spending for both capital and expendable costs related to the Companyβs capital projects through deep-dive into tech expense, job costing or project costing, by breaking down the cost and accrual. Ensures appropriate in-service dates and proper asset classificationSupport implementation and maintenance of systems and policies and procedures, to ensure adherence to company guidelines and proper internal controlsSupport monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end information, thereby helping to ensure the accuracy of financial statementsAd-hoc projects
RequirementsBachelor in Accounting or Finance2+ years' accounting experience Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles and assimilation of new rules well as they changeUnderstanding of general ledger systems and subsystemsCommunicate effectively through presentations as well as written memos, policies, and process diagrams
Preferred Experience in financial data analysis and story-tellingExperience with tableauIn-depth knowledge of Excel and working knowledge of Essbase or SmartViewRecent experience with Oracle Fusion application is useful
Comp: $70-75K plus 20% targeting bonus
