Position Summary

Responsibilities: Essential Duties

Assists in reviewing and preparing federal, state, or local tax returns and related statements or records.Assists in preparation of tax provision in accordance with IAS 12.Maintains records of tax filings or payments. Recommends financial actions that may lessen the organization's tax liability while meeting organizational goals and maintaining compliance with laws and regulations. Researches and suggests responses to changes in tax law, regulations, and guidelines.Assists with audit defense as needed.

Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.04-06 years related experience required.Applicable industry/professional certification preferred.Regular and predictable attendanceOccasional business travel required
