Seeking a House Manager for their single residence in Miami, FL. The household operates at a high standard, and we are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can manage the various aspects of household management efficiently. As a House Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all household operations while maintaining a high level of organization and professionalism. Your primary duties will include:
The Nitty Gritty:1. Household Operations Management:Supervise and coordinate the work of household staff, including cleaners, chefs, gardeners, and maintenance personnel.Develop and maintain schedules for household tasks and ensure they are completed efficiently.Oversee inventory management, including purchasing household supplies, groceries, and other necessities.Manage household budgets and expenses, keeping accurate records and receipts.2. Property Maintenance:Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify any maintenance issues and coordinate repairs as needed.Supervise contractors and vendors for larger maintenance projects, ensuring quality work and adherence to budgetary constraints.Implement preventative maintenance measures to preserve the condition of the property.Project manage any home improvement projects and renovations. 3. Personal Assistance:Provide personal assistance to the residents as needed, such as running errands, making travel arrangements, and managing appointments.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree requiredProven experience in household management or a related field, preferably in a high-end residential setting.Someone with construction/renovation experience preferred.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team.Team player with the ability to work in tandem with a greater team. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair procedures.Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
