📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Position Title: Brow Artist (Licensed)
Mission: Perform eyebrow tweezing based on our unique protocols and be able to prescribe the correct eyebrow shaping and home care for a diverse clientele. Maintain a 70% occupancy rate and grow our brow services by 200% by the end of 2024.
Outcomes:Grow revenue specifically coming from brow tweezing services to $8,000 per month by the 6 month mark.Write up client notes inside their Acuity profile after every appointment.Take continuing education classes provided by the company which may include online programs, in-person events and/or on-site training.
Activities:Clean the brow station to standard in between every client and our deep cleaning protocol at the end of every day.Restock your station at the end of every shift.Take, edit and upload Before & After client photos.Write up client notes inside their Acuity profile after every appointment.Keep your workstation clean, organized, stocked and presentable to clients.Proper tray/station handling to ensure compliance with NYC Dept of Health.Take ownership of a designated Instagram account and post after each client.Take at least 3-4 pictures/videos per day that we can use for social media and marketing purposes.Help us reach our goal of 400 5-star Google reviews.Occasionally ring sales on the POS system.When you don’t have clients, help the front desk team organize the storage cabinet, clean common areas including bathrooms or organize your station.Assist front desk with appointment scheduling, customer service, phone calls.Monitoring supply counts to inform the front desk manager of supplies needing to be restocked.Monitor client database and maintain a positive client relationship.Ensure clients return in a timely manner for touchup appointments.Open/close shop
Competencies (Who You Are):
Must possess a valid New York State Esthetics license, Waxing license or be currently enrolled in Esthetics SchoolSocial media & tech savvyBilingual in Spanish a plus

Job Type + Pay Range:$16-25/hr; ability to earn incentive pay based on services performedPart-Time/Per Diem with opportunity to grow Full TimeMinimum 3 days a week
We are open Tuesday-Friday 11am-7pm and Saturday 10am-7pm*Artists arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled shift*Please note that weekend availability is critical.
