The Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is responsible for directing the development of financial strategies, providing insightful financial review and guidance, and proactively identifying and resolving business issues. The Senior Manager will work cross-functionally to ensure efficient business processes, strong operational results, and profitability. The senior manager will drive business performance by preparing various financial models and ROIs in partnership with Business.

Develops and executes a 2-3-year business plan ensuring alignment with the overall corporate strategic plan and immediate manager’s business plan.Heads the development of financial strategies for assigned business segments and functions. Questions assumptions, provide insightful financial review, and guidance to support resolutions at a strategic level.Proactively identifies business issues and drive resolution in a timely manner, providing sound financial advice to the business. Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure efficient business processes, strong operational results, and profitability of the business segments and functions they support.Owns forecast, annual budget, and Long-Range Planning process for assigned business segments and functions. Ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly and various ad hoc reports. Identify trends in financial performance and provide insight & recommendations.Ensures ensuring the business has the tools and support needed to understand financial performance, variances to budget/forecast, and implications to future projections.Drives assigned business segment performance by preparing various financial models and ROIs in partnership with the business. Use insights and evaluation to drive results, identify risks and opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations.Navigates and build relationships with key stakeholders, including senior team members, board members, investors, and external partners

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. MBA preferred or combination of education and experience.7+ years of experience in financial planning and evaluation, with at least 2 years in a manager role.Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to drive results.Strong systematic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide insightful financial review and guidance.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver complex financial information to a variety of audiences, including senior team.Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Strong technical skills, including proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools such as Excel, Hyperion, and Oracle.

The salary for this position will be commensurate with education or work experience.
