Senior Sourcing Specialist

Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sourcing Specialist. The Sourcer will work with the recruiting teams within the various business areas. The Sourcer will employ diverse channels to actively seek potential candidates, engage with passive candidates, and cultivate talent pipelines for future hiring requirements. To be successful in this role, the Sourcer will need to use establish sound relationships with the recruiters and candidates, create recruiting strategies to ensure success in filling requirements, stellar research of industry, develop a strong network of passive candidates, work collaboratively with the business and create robust sourcing strategies that will attract the best and the brightest in our industry. This position is fast paced with a fun and cohesive team. The Sourcer will have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, organization, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, prioritize time while working with various business areas, demonstrate pushback as well as a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service. The Sourcer will have a knowledge and understanding of the needs of the Intelligence community as well as other business areas.

The Sourcer will be responsible for uploading candidate leads, submittals and sourcer notes within the CRM on a daily and monthly basis that will be used as part of the monthly metrics. The Sourcer will also be responsible for submitting a candidate tracker to the Sourcing Manager on a weekly basis.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills 6+ years sourcing experience in Government contracting

Experience in sourcing in Kenexa

Experience with Phenom to identify and upload candidates along with sourcing notes, and to source in the tool

Update excel candidate tracker to submit to the Sourcing Manager on a weekly basis for monthly metrics

The Sourcer should also have -

Online sourcing techniques to include Boolean searches and up to date on all recruiting technology Generate a high volume/high quality pipeline of candidates under tight timelines Track record of delivering hiring results and ability to communicate and qualify monthly sourcing metrics Organized in planning and time management with the ability to multi task Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers within the business areas Excellent written and verbal communication skills History of exemplary data management skills

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills 6+ years sourcing experience in Government contracting

Experience in sourcing in Kenexa

Experience with Phenom to identify and upload candidates along with sourcing notes, and to source in the tool

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $96470 - $164010

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
