As a In Process Solder Inspector, you troubleshoot, test and assemble electrical and electro-mechanical assemblies.

As a In Process Solder Inspector, you will be responsible for

Testing and qualifying new designs.Receiving specifications and design constraints from the Team Leader, and handling special projects, as assignedConducting inspection of in-process electrical and electro-mechanical assemblies in accordance with IPC-610 and 620 requirements.Evaluating manufacturing documentation and coordinating with plant supervision and engineering for implementation of required updates.Conducting quality training with the manufacturing floor including proper soldering and crimping techniques.Evaluate and recommend updates on required standard completion times for assemblies.Ensuring Baker Hughes quality policy is followed for all electrical and electro-mechanical assemblies.

To be successful in this role you will

Have an Associate’s or equivalent technical degree/diploma plus at least a year of experience working in a similar role.Have 5+ years of Electrical Assembly experienceIPC 610 or 620 Certification
