The Licensed Clinical Social Worker Integrated Health Care provides office and based services to adults and children with mental illness, substance use issues and/or co-occurring disorders. This position requires a high degree of self-initiative and motivation with a flexible schedule. LCSWs provide individual, family and group counseling, crisis intervention, conflict resolution, assessment and treatment planning, case presentations, conducting interventions, participating in multidisciplinary case conferences and treatment plan reviews, developing aftercare treatment plans, and all required electronic documentation.
Essential Functions:Primary focus is on providing comprehensive clinical services and therapy which includes assessment, individual, group, family, brief intervention and educational counseling services to a caseload of persons served.Monitor collection of drug screen specimens, if applicable.Complete all required documentation utilizing agency formats/standards.Will be trained and learn to use the current data/clinical computer program (Electronic Health Records System) necessary to perform billing and clinical documentation.
Education and/or Experience:Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited UniversityAppropriate professional licensure
Language SkillsAbility to read, write and speak in English; Spanish (or other languages) helpful. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedures manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
