As your apprenticeship begins, you…

Will enroll in and attend a Certificate of Achievement in Process Technology from Coastline Community College, while working and learning in our Malcom, IA site from some of the best in the business. During your time here we don’t want you to sweat the small stuff, so BASF will cover the entire cost of your educational program, including books!

Starting in August 2024 you will…

Work hands-on in our Malcom, IA personal care materials plant learning.

load and process reactors and perform in-process quality testing. operate process equipment to maintain product within customer specifications. operate and control of process equipment. perform in-process testing procedures. work in a team atmosphere with willingness and ability to help other team associates. drive tow motors/fork trucks. maintain assigned inspections and housekeeping duties.

Have a HS Diploma or GEDAre able to work in a manufacturing plant environment and lift 50lbsAre able to work 12hr fixed shifts (day OR night/weekends and holidays)
