Job Description
CNA1
To provide patient and family care as part of the health care team in accordance with the mission, vision, and policies and procedures of Bay Area Hospital. Working under the direction and supervision of the RN, provides care authorized by the OSBN for the CNA1. Assists patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) while maintaining patient safety.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES/DEGREES
American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS)Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant 1 in the State of OregonHigh School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
