Role Description: As the Service Desk Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer systems, hardware, and software. Your responsibilities will include:Responding to IT Help queries via phone, email, in person, or remote access and logging incidents in ServiceNow.Providing technical assistance in the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software, including laptops and mobile devices.Troubleshooting technical issues related to user hardware and software.Maintaining accurate asset inventory and documenting incident root causes and resolutions in the ticket management system.Training and assisting computer users on device usage and common applications.Monitoring and managing computer backup jobs.Requirements:Minimum education: High school diploma (Associate/Bachelor's in relevant field preferred).5-6+ years of experience providing IT support in an enterprise environment.Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, MCSA.Experience with ServiceNow preferred.Strong experience with PC hardware and Windows 10.Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working with a sense of urgency and efficiency.
