📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Workday HRIS Manager to join our client People and Places team. As the Workday HRIS Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the continuous development, optimization, security, data integrity, reporting, and overall platform management of Workday within our organization.

Responsibilities:Manage the continuous development, optimization, and security of the Workday platform.Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Workday through regular audits and maintenance activities.Develop and generate meaningful reports and analytics to support business decision-making.Provide vision and oversight to departmental operations and initiatives related to Workday.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data-related inquiries and resolve issues.Lead Workday integration projects, including integration with ATS applications such as Lever.Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and enhancements, and implement best practices accordingly.Provide training and support to end-users on Workday functionalities and processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Management Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.7-8 years of experience, with a minimum of 4 years of HRIS/Workday experience.Proficiency in Workday Reporting using Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reporting & Workday Business Process Framework.Experience with Workday Studio systems, XSLT (Extensible Stylesheet Language Transformations) Language Coding, Workday Configurable Security and Business Object, and Workday Application Configuration.Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate with cross-functional teams.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Prior experience of integrating Workday with ATS applications such as Lever is preferred.Workday certification(s) are a huge plus.
