TREE DIVISION MANAGER\ARBORIST
JOB SUMMARY
The Tree Division Manager\Arborist is responsible for selling and overseeing Arboricultural Services to residential and commercial customers. This position involves creating and building relationships with existing and new clients, including estimating time/cost for crews to perform tree removal, pruning, and all other services. Plant identification is also an important job function. A key priority is proposing and developing sales to existing and new customers. Principal skill sets require the applicant to possess the ability to diagnose plant abnormalities and defects, while formulating remedies and solution driven plans to mitigate the identified abnormalities or defects.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Effective communication skills to improve client retention, quality service, and make proactive recommendations
- Evaluate and suggest additional services to clients with the goal of increasing the value of the property, while increasing our revenue and ensuring this work is carried out successfully
- An applicant must be knowledgeable and experienced with tree care, hazard tree evaluation, integrated pest management and industry approved tree care practices
- Contribute daily to branch revenue by generating solution-based quotes of small landscape enhancements and irrigation repairs
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to earn and ask for referrals and opportunities and format proposals
- Ability to estimate, compose proposals, present, follow-up and close sales
- Problem solving skills
- Strong customer service, sales, and communication experience
- Time management and personal accountability
- Arborist certification (preferred, not required)

Pay: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
