📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Grading ForemanGrowing heavy civil contractor seeking a Grading Foreman.Requirements for Employment:Able to pass a criminal background checkValid driver’s licenseWorks well with others in a team environmentProactive with high attention to detail to produce quality workWillingness to work overtime when neededMinimum 4 years of proven experience in as pipe crew foreman or equal role.Experience in heavy civil projectsProven ability to manage crew with changing jobsite conditionsJob Responsibilities and Duties:Attend weekly coordination meetings, schedule and delegate tasks to meet project deadlinesExperienced and able to operate various types of jobsite equipment to include excavator, bulldozer and skid steerFollow and administer company, EM-385 and OSHA safety proceduresWilling and able to work in various working conditionsMust be able to lift 50 poundsDaily site and equipment cleanup managementOrganize and maintain crew truck, equipment and tools to company standardsGPS and grading experience a plus but not requiredFederal contracting experience is a plus but not requiredPay depends on experience and work history.
