As Associate Director – Marketing Technology & Operations, you will play a critical role in shaping and enhancing how BCLP goes to market by leveraging and connecting technology to optimize operational efficiency. This position is ideal for an innovative and dynamic leader with a deep understanding of marketing technology trends, analytics, budgeting, reporting and project management, and a passion for driving results in a legal services environment.With extensive experience in the management of platforms, channels and data and reporting tools, the Associate Director - Marketing Technology & Operations will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and business development, to ensure the effective utilization of technology to drive brand awareness, client acquisition and revenue growth.The role is also responsible for budgeting and reporting, vendor management, data management, analytics and strategic projects for the function and the firm.Qualified applicants will have a bachelor's degree in marketing or related field and over ten (10) years of marketing technology experience in professional services firms.
