Role DescriptionThis is a part-time remote role for a Home Care Physical Therapist in Marin County and San Mateo counties. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide in-home therapy services to clients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. You will work with clients to develop tailored therapy plans, promote mobility and function, and assist in strength-building exercises.
QualificationsExperience in home health, physical therapy, and geriatric rehabilitationStrong patient care skillsKnowledge of home health practices
Additional qualifications that would be beneficial
License in physical therapyExperience with in-home therapyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and remotely
