Contract Analyst/Corporate Paralegal

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a full-time, detail-oriented and self-motivated Contract Analyst/Corporate Paralegal to join a company located in the Northwest Suburbs! This role is responsible for handling a variety of contract-related tasks, including review, drafting, and negotiation. Additionally, this individual will assist with general corporate legal and compliance work, litigation support, and special projects.

Job Title: Contract Analyst/Corporate ParalegalLocation: Northwest Suburbs, ILSchedule: Full-time in-office, Monday-Friday.Salary: Depends on experience, up to $85K! Responsibilities:Review, draft, edit, and redline contracts and other legal documentsTrack and support litigation efforts internally and with outside counselEngage and support outside counsel and other professionals for various responsibilitiesMaintain business filings for various corporate entitiesHandle assigned projects which may include research, analysis, and compiling dataReview and analyze legal billsMaintain follow-up calendar for legal and corporate mattersOrganize and maintain legal filesPerform other projects or duties as assignedQualifications/Requirements:Bachelor's or Associate Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate4 or more years of related experienceHighly detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skillsWell organized with strong follow-up skillsStrong prioritization and multitasking abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Benefits:Competitive salaryHealth, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement savings planPaid time offOpportunities for growth and advancement *Only qualified candidates will be contacted*
