📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
6-12 month contractSeeking a dynamic and experienced Project Portfolio Manager who has strong communication and leadership skills to manage a portfolio of projects and deliver the goals and objectives of our organization. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the portfolio, ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives and projects aligned with our organization goals. Portfolio Oversight: Manage the end-to-end project portfolio for Human Resource Talent Management and Learning & Development, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. 2. Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with leadership to align projects with business strategy, ensuring that the portfolio contributes to the overall success of the HR function. 3. Resource Management: Effectively allocate and manage resources, both human and financial, to maximize project efficiency and success. 4. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, proactively addressing challenges to minimize disruptions and ensure project delivery within scope, time, and budget. 5. Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and potential impacts. 6. Performance Metrics: Develop and implement performance metrics to measure project success, regularly reporting on KPIs and making data-driven recommendations for improvement. 7. Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for optimization, implementing best practices, and refining project management processes. 8. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of projects with other HR and organizational initiatives. Qualifications: Strong understanding of HR processes, talent management, and learning & development strategies.Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.Ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for optimizing talent management and learning & development initiatives.
