📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Our client, a local organization representing health professionals, is seeking a temporary Membership Specialist to support their office in Washington, DC!Responsibilities:Evaluate and process recertification applications, ensuring compliance across all specialties, and notify potential recertification-eligible pharmacists of requirements.Provide customer service to pharmacists seeking recertification, support various recertification tasks such as CPE reconciliation, and distribute certificates and badges for successful candidates.Deliver timely responses to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and available recertification resources, analyzing trends to enhance communication strategies and support pharmacists through the recertification process.Maintain accurate recertification records, contribute to strategic initiatives to improve recertification rates, and ensure adherence to policies and accreditation standards while providing general administrative support.Qualifications:1+ years of professional office or administrative experience.A bachelor's degree required.Proficient in MS Office Suite is required.Excellent oral/written communication and organizational skills.Position Information:Pays $20/hr-$22/hrTemporary contractHybrid onsite schedule, 2 days in officeOffice in Washington, DC.
