Our client is looking for a part-time temporary People Operations Coordinator in Cabin John, MD! You'll play a pivotal role in assisting with interview scheduling, data entry, document review, and electronic onboarding for new hires. With 1-2+ years of human resources or relevant internship experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent communication skills, you'll thrive in this dynamic role. If you're proactive, outgoing, and possess creative problem-solving abilities, we want you to apply now!About the Job:Assist People Operations with interview scheduling, training, meetings, and candidate follow-ups.Enter data accurately and within deadlines into information systems and generate periodic reports.Review incoming documents for adherence to policies, completeness, and signatures.Coordinate electronic onboarding for new hires and respond to inquiries about employment, benefits, policies, and programs.Perform various people services and facilities tasks as required.File and maintain personnel files throughout the employee life cycle and help streamline and document People Operations processes.About You:1-2+ years of human resources or strong internship experience are required.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite is required; Experience with HRIS is a plus.Proactive and outgoing personality with quick learning skills.Excellent communication skills, creative problem-solving skills, and team player.About the Position:Pays $21/hrTemporary for 4-6 months.Part-time for 16-20hrs/week.Hybrid with 2 days/week onsite.Office in Cabin John, MD.
