Sr Trademark Paralegal - Hybrid Beacon Hill Legal is searching for a Sr Trademark Paralegal for a major law firm's Midtown Manhattan office. This is a hybrid role with a salary that goes up to $120,000. This person should have at least 10 years experience as a Trademark Paralegal, preferably in a law firm setting. This person should have experience in drafting trademark applications, trademark searches, trademark prosections, and docketing. Candidates should have foreign and domestic trademark experience. Responsibilities:Prepare, coordinate, and submit trademark filings and various forms to the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO), Trademark Trial and Appeals Board (TTAB), World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and foreign trademark offices, collaborating with local counsel when necessary.Manage all facets of domestic and international trademark prosecution and portfolio management, including the preparation of trademark filings and supporting documents, aiding in office action responses, updating trademark office records, tracking and overseeing docket deadlines, and providing routine client reporting.Communicate directly with clients and local counsel regarding filings, status updates, developments, deadlines, inquiries, and action items.Conduct and analyze trademark clearance searches.Assist with trademark oppositions and cancellations, UDRP proceedings, DMCA takedown requests.
