📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Beanstalk, a global brand extension agency and consultancy, extends brands through the strategic and creative development of licensed products. The company works with corporate brands, celebrities, entertainment properties, and other high-profile clients to leverage licensing as a strategic tool to enhance brand awareness, increase consumer touch-points and generate revenue. Beanstalk has an opportunity for a mid-level attorney with prior experience drafting and negotiating trademark license agreements. We’re seeking a self-starter who is organized, detail oriented, has good judgment and is a team player to partner with our teams to execute contracts for our clients’ famous brands. Your key responsibility will be drafting and negotiating trademark license agreements and related agreements/documents. You will work closely with Beanstalk’s Account Managers, Clients and Licensees to provide legal guidance. Required Qualifications include: Law School Graduate. Five to Seven years’ experience working on trademark license agreements. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).Salary range: 100-130K + bonus - Actual salary is commensurate with experience and will vary based on numerous factors.
