📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Job Descriptionposition will be responsible for working with the Industrial Design team to develop and integrate new cabin products and architecture for Completions aircraft. This will include supporting supplier JDPs to include oversight and integration of supplier data into SmarTeam.with Production and Completions Engineering will be required to align with established processes and procedures.to build and maintain relationships with other organizations to obtain support needed for model analysis, reviews, and approvals.
Requirements:with additive manufacturing and composites is desired. Candidate will design generative structures, based on FEA results from topology optimization by creating new surfaces and solid models for 3D printing.design for additive manufacturing rules into models to ensure successful printing.part and product assemblies of new generative designs or innovative composites into existing CAD models and ensure build tolerances support quick and easy manufacturing.with writing test plans and test reports is an added plus.
