Process Server
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
One individual is needed on a part-time basis to serve legal documents in Washington County with the option to spread out to Iron County and Kane County depending upon availability and your willingness to travel.
As a process server you will be delivering legal documents to individuals and entities according to the requirements given by the state of venue and client preferences. Flexible hours are allowed as long as the client requirements and contract parameters are met.
You must be over 21 as required by many states in the US that send documents through our office. You must own or lease your own reliable and insured vehicle, have a smartphone to operate our mobile app, have a printer to retrieve your assigned cases, and you must pass a background check.
Time management and experience with logistics is a necessity.

Estimated Pay: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per month
