📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Bell & Associates, Inc. has been engaged to recruit our client's next Accounting Manager. We are looking for a driven, organized, and passionate person to support the leadership team.
Responsibilities:Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to monitor project performance and identify areas for improvementManage the billing and collections process for construction projects, including progress billing and change ordersCollaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop and monitor project budgets and forecastsEnsure compliance with accounting policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements related to construction accountingOversee the accounting team and provide leadership and guidance on accounting issues related to construction projectsPerform ad-hoc analysis and projects as neededRequirements:Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in construction accountingExcellent analytical skills and attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsExperience managing a team of accounting professionals
