Senior Corporate Recruiter

We are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Manager / Senior Recruiter in Atlanta, GA (Dunwoody / Sandy Springs area) - Hybrid. The TA Manager will be involved in every stage of the process, from the initial kick-off meeting, to writing advertisements, searching for and approaching candidates, managing recruiting agencies, interviewing candidates, managing offer stage and onboarding. Insurance / Financial Services industry a big plus! We need a skilled senior level recruiter who is able to find the below-the-radar candidates and is comfortable and confident in making direct approaches to, and networking with, people in the industry. The TA Manager will manage daily work while developing the recruitment and talent acquisition strategy for a variety of corporate positions at all levels (entry level to Senior Business Leaders). 120K - 135K Base + Bonus + Benefits Package

Responsibilities:Work collaboratively across the business, building and maintaining strong working relationships with hiring managersSource candidates and manage recruiting agenciesBuild and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship managementContinually seeking new sourcing options, and developing creative approaches to delivering candidates to the teamsGenerate a talent pipeline, building a database of talent for future usePartner with hiring managers to deliver high quality candidates and provide frequent updates and feedback throughout the searchPromote best practice ensuring a positive candidate experience and utilizing recruitment tools and processes across all stages of the recruitment lifecycle (attraction and selection)Deliver against recruiting targets while ensuring a great candidate experience and Hiring Manager satisfactionTrack and report key metrics designed to measure current needs and prepare for future staffing activityActively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projectsAssist in developing our social media presence in the US, specifically targeted at attracting future talent and raising brand awareness

Requirements:5-7+ years corporate recruiting experience (Financial Services / Insurance industry +)Direct sourcing experience including search techniques across various online and social media platforms and ability to engage with people and create interestStrong communication skills: Personable and engaging with a proven record of strong relationship buildingProven success juggling a variety of roles, competing deadlines and priorities and the ability to do this while balancing stakeholders needs
