PRN WEEKEND SHIFTS: (8) hr shifts/ Shift times: 6am - 2pm, 2pm-10 pm and 10pm - 6am (Must be available to work weekend shifts)SALARY RANGE: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour plus+ generous shift differential LOCATION: Benchmark Behavioral Health, 592 West 1350 South, Woods Cross, UT

Your role & requirements:Completes assessments and plan of care on assigned patients and provides individualized nursing careAdministers medications as assigned, serves as a resource for knowledge of medication uses, educates residents about their medications, checks for proper medication orders, dosage, side effects and documents medications according to policyPromotes and provides health care teaching to residentsValid UT RN license
