Looking for someone who has a proven track record of successfully managing Fintech products for at least 1-2 years, from concept to launch.
What You'll Do:Take charge of product initiatives, ensuring they are in line with our strategic goals and effectively address user requirements.Collaborate closely with various departments to facilitate seamless development, launch, and ongoing improvement of our products.Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to gather valuable feedback and insights for product enhancement.Navigate regulatory and compliance requirements to ensure our products adhere to industry standards and regulations.Requirements:1-2 years of working with fintech Startups/products (NECESSITY)3 - 5 years of experience as a core product managerExtensive experience shipping products end-to-endExperience in software development, quality assurance, or solutions engineering.Knowledge of performance marketing, particularly in lead generation or distribution within the fintech or home improvement sectors.
