IT Systems Technical Specialist

Summary

The IT Systems Technical Specialist will provide technical support and assistance to resolve problems with the organization’s computer networks and systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Understanding and mapping business processes into the ERP;Support customized objects in Syteline developed in XX; Responsible for bug fixes.Responsible for Power BI dashboards: Creation and Maintenace.Gathering business requirements and writing technical specifications.Collaborate in technical definition with architectural and development teams (software and infrastructure).Monitoring the development team (internal or vendor).Designing test cases.Performing internal IT tests and monitoring user acceptance testing.Planning and monitoring go-live activities.Project Management experience is desirable.Be the business partner in defining the technology roadmap to leverage the business, optimizing and digitizing processes.Align with the global team on locally defined solution roadmaps.Be a partner in digital transformation for all company areas.Capture business opportunities and build business cases to turn requests into projects.Experience with integrations using APIs in REST and SOAP WebServices.Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience required.At least four years of related experience required.Fluent English is mandatory.Deep knowledge in ERP Syteline.Knowledge in Power BI.Knowledge in project management.Knowledge in agile methodologies.Knowledge in elaborating Business Cases.Ability to bring alternative experiences and perspectives, challenging the status quo.Strong influencing, networking and teamwork skills.Strong stakeholder management.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed and involved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

The ability to recognize and evaluate technical issues and limitations is required. The ability to define and manage expectations is critical. The ability to make sound decisions and actions is required.
