The Clinician is responsible for providing clinical services to youth and families consistent with agency mission, vision, and values.

Job Responsibilities

Uses evidence-based treatment modalities and assessment tools to complete comprehensive assessment and treatment plans for youth in care. Establishes medical necessity for Core and CFTSS services. Provides skill building (case management) services to meet core requirements. Implements clinical treatment plans by facilitating trauma-informed individual and/or family counseling sessions, and therapeutic groups with all youth and/or families as required by agency policies, protocols, and procedures. Provides CFTSS services according to treatment needs. Assisting children /youth in developing skills as defined in treatment goals. Provides psychiatric support to youth and families.

Job Requirements

Master’s degree REQUIREDLicensed clinician with any of the following: LMHC, LMSW, LMFT, LCAT, or Limited Permit Eligible REQUIRED2 – 5 years experienceAt least 1 year working with children OR families preferredMust be able to work a flexible schedule including subject to call rotations, nights, weekends, and holidays. On-Call rotation is required. Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Light driving is required. Ability to work with economically and culturally diverse population. Skills: organizational, time management and prioritization skills.

Limited Permit - $67,500kLicensed Clinician + 1 year of experience - $70,000kLicensed Clinician + 2-3 years of experience - $72,500kLicensed Clinician + 5 or more years of experience - $76,000k

Salary Range: (based on education and experience)

Limited Permit = $67,500k annually

License + 1 year of experience = $70,000k annually

License + 2-4 years of experience = $72,500k annually

License +5 or more years of experience = $76,000k annually
