Marketing Coordinator

Summary:Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach REALTORS is currently seeking a Marketing Concierge. This position performs marketing and administrative services to support agents in prospecting, listing and other sales activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Complete tasks related to various marketing and prospecting programs offered by the company, such as Just Listed/Just Sold mailings, E-card campaigns, etc. Create content for newsletters and social media.Provide property listing support such as editing and enhancing property listing description, ordering photos, assisting with Luxury Listing program, etc.Review and update sales associate’s online brand. Update bios and profile descriptions, review web links, suggest items to correct or improve, etc. Create brochures, flyers/postcards, and open house promotional pieces. Draft prospecting and client communications. Set up and update sphere of influence databases; create farming database for sales associates.Provide training and consultation support to sales associates on company offered programs and tools that help achieve their business goals.

Education and/or Experience

Education:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or equivalent work experience.

Experience:Minimum two years of related marketing experience, preferably in a sales environment.

Knowledge and Skills:Real Estate experience or knowledge preferred.Strong aptitude for technology and social media, as well as demonstrated computer skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills and customer service focus.
