Starting Pay: $21.00/Hour
Job Type: Full-time
12 Hour DAY Shift (2,2,3,2 Schedule) 6:50AM-7:00PM
plus $2.00/Hr. Night Shift Differential
Hiring Bonus: $1,000.00
Referral Bonus: $1,000.00
Bi-Annual Bonus Compensation

Responsibilities
Make and line Gaylord’s. Properly label Gaylord’s according to material type and record their weight. Operate hydraulic dump and keep conveyors running smoothly. Keep entire grinder area swept and cleaned. Implement company rules including Good Manufacturing Practices, (HACCP) and safety. Responsible for the ongoing development of a team environment. Must Know the Quality Policy and apply it to working practices. Purpose and procedures for ISO and AIB
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); three (3) year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires Forklift Operator Certificate (Berry Plastics internal training). Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative to those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
